If I do Insert -> Graphics -> Scan -> Select Source, I get "An unrecoverable
error has occured. All modified files are saved and can probably be recovered at
program restart."

I've had this problem with 619 too (I expect that the problem is in the 62x
series too, but I could not test that).

System
Hardw: Intel Pentium 2, 96 MB ram, Cirrus Logic 5465A, Umax Astra 220S on
Adaptec 1542B
Softw: Debian GNU/Linux woody (testing) of 12 July 2001, XFree 4.0.3-4, Linux
kernel 2.2.17, OpenOffice.org 632, NO JAVA! (well, actually, only jdk-1.1, but I
haven't installed the OpenOffice java component)

Tested in OOo 632 and 638f2. The bug occures in both versions.
