Just a sample Russian document, which is interpreted as a German one. none

Description akrioukov 2003-03-11 18:06:19 UTC
Try open a russian MS Word document (I'll attach one).
Go to Tools->Options->Language Settings->Languages.
The "Default languages for documents (Western)" parameter
is set to "Russian".

Now save the document with another name in the same format
and reopen it. Go to the same window.
The default language is now set to "German (Germany)"!

I create new text document in OO 643c and save in word97 format.
Reopen this document and get Germany in Language (was Russian)

Same as issue 12831. It shouldn't make a difference, its ugly but the
default language in the default style overrides it. See issue 12831
for details.
