When in No-Document mode, accessing the Options menu
and making changes, causes crash. 

Options seem stable when there is a document open; at least
it never crashed on me.

This is with OOo644m4_linux.

Just noticed that the crash took out the Function Bar menu icons; 
the bar is there but empty. In Customize, choosing the second Function
bar choice shows the entries, but they don't get written on the menu 
bar. Guess I'll try to repair. If that doesn't work, reinstall. :0((

OS, Platform and target changed. 
Fixed in sw/source/ui/app/appopt.cxx and sd/source/ui/app/sdmod2.cxx

no crash anymore. Tested with CWS os6.
Fix will be included in OO 1.1 Beta2.
