To simulate the problem:

1. Reboot your Windows Me
2. Click Task Bar
3. Select OpenOffice 627 program group,
4. Select Presentation
5. An unrecoverable error is reported.

This problem does not happen if other OpenOffice Apps (like writer) is already 
started.

The error is 
"soffice caues an exception in kernal32.dll".
