Stylist and Navigator buttons Turn On but won't Turn them Off 
--must use mouse.

On Mandrake Linux 8.1, in OOo643c nor OOo644, both the 
Stylist button and the Navigator button must be collapsed by using 
the "x" --kill window button in the top right hand of the window. 

In OOo10x, clicking the Stylist and Navigator buttons in the menu,
toggle them On and Off. In OOo64x, it only turns them on --no toggle.
