I downloaded your software and my laptop wont restart without going through 
help/search for solution/system restore then it starts. I dumped the download 
and everything is fine. I re-installed the software and the same problem. I 
manually did system restore to 2 minutes prior to the download and system is 
fine again. Something in the Office product is causing my non-start up.
