When "Check in all languages" option is on an I have two dictionaries installed
(english installed globally, russian - locally), russian spelling is never
checked (misspelled words are not marked, spell checking skips them). When I
turn "Check in all languages" off, everything works O.K.

Please, mark this as a duplicate of #9887, which is fixed now for
1.0.3 (thanks to Kevin B. Hendricks), but not yet for the 1.1 branch.
