Windows file manager called explorer has extensible functionality for each file
type when pressing the right button on a filename. (Like where winzip adds "Add
to zip..." "Add to dirname.zip".)

Supplying and registering ms office - openoffice.org converters would help a lot
in usability (thus enlarging). I imagine 1 item for "sxw" which says "Convert to
myfilename.doc" or for the SpreadSheet (I dont know the OOo extension) "Convert
to myfilename.xsl". Simple on the right click on a file in File Explorer!

This would save us from saying "well, to mail this document you need to open OOo
and "Save as..." etc... " (some ppl goes mad on this problem)

Conversion back might be also useful, but less useful, OOo can easily open .doc.
This is only for distributing/sending documents out the office!

(I am lost in your project list, sorry if submitting at wrong place.)
