Some of the toolkit/qa/unoapi tests fail if the OOo window they expect to
operate on loses focus (e.g., because another application opens a window, which
easily happens if multiple */qa/unoapi tests are run in parallel, each using its
own OOo instance).  See also

worked around for now by disabling those tests as
