Issue 102129

Can reproduce it in OOo310m11-ZH on WinXP and Fedora9, pls note just in Chinese
OS, maybe CJK OS. But it isn't reproducible in OOo300m9 on WinXP. 

How to reproduce it
1 Create a new Impress doc
2 Insert - Date and Time - switch to silde Tab:Include on slide,check variable,
  selece language as Chinese(simplified) and any format except yy/mm/dd, e.g.  
  "2009年5月22日 星期五", click Apply button and close the dialog. 
  The following is the correpongding Chinese description.
  插入 - 日期和时间 - 幻灯片：幻灯片包含内容，check可变，selece language as 
  中文(简体) and "2009年5月22日 星期五", click 应用button and close the dialog

3 Save the doc and then reload it, check the date and time on Footer

Result
Date and Time becomes 09/5/22, but not "2009年5月22日 星期五"

Expectation
Date and Time is "2009年5月22日 星期五"

Note
After step 2, there is no date and time showing on Footer.
But there are two way which can make date and time show on Footer.
First, show "Friday, May 22, 2009" (wrong). 
   Insert - Date and Time - Variable - select any format except yy/mm/dd, e.g.
    "2009年5月22日 星期五"- click "Apply" - Switch view according to the  
   following sort (Normal - Outline - Notes - Handout - Slide Sorter - Normal 
   [date and time shows]), show as "Friday, May 22, 2009", but not 
   "2009年5月22日 星期五"
 
   插入-日期和时间-可变格式- 选择非00/00/00的任意格式-应用-在视图中按照下面顺序切换
  （普通视图->大纲视图->批注视图->讲义视图->幻灯片视图[此时发现页脚出现时间和日
   期]->普通视图），发现日期为英文格式的Friday, May 22, 2009，而非用户设置的格式。
 
Second, show "2009年5月22日 星期五" (right).
   Insert - Date and Time - Variable - select any format except yy/mm/dd, e.g.
    "2009年5月22日 星期五"- click "Apply" - F5 three times, Switch between 
   Normal, Outline, Notes, Handout, Slide Sorter, [date and time shows], show as
   "2009年5月22日 星期五", it's right 
 
   插入-日期和时间-可变格式- 选择非00/00/00的任意格式-应用-F5放映并再按下F5两次，
   点击next至幻灯片放映结束，在视图中不断切换至发现页脚出现时间和日期 ->普通视图，
   发现日期为英文格式的2009年5月22日 星期五，为用户设置的格式。
